About the role

Large deployment programs succeed or fail on the floor. On this hyperscale campus near Columbus, Ohio, multiple crews are deploying new capacity at the same time, and each one needs a strong leader.

As a Site Lead you will run a crew of 15–30 technicians: planning daily work, keeping everyone safe and productive, checking quality, and solving the logistics and vendor issues that slow racks down. You are EdgeTech IT’s face to the client and the prime vendor on site.

You will report to an EdgeTech IT delivery manager and work daily with the client’s deployment managers. Site leads who deliver are first in line to lead the next building or campus.
