About the role
Our data center programs move fast, and recruiting is what keeps them staffed. Clients and prime vendors count on us to fill technician, engineer and site lead roles in days, not weeks.
As a Technical Recruiter you will own requirements end to end: sourcing and screening candidates, submitting strong profiles quickly, coordinating interviews, negotiating C2C rates and getting people badge-ready for day one.
You will join a focused recruiting team working closely with account managers. Recruiters who build strong regional pipelines grow quickly into senior and lead roles.
